Our PI, Dr. Paola Alberti, was enlisted among the 40 researchers under 40 who are having an impact on the peripheral neuropathy field. We hope that our project will further strengthen this path leading to understanding peripheral neuropathy mechanisms in order to advance patients’ care.

IonNerve project was presented at the NeuPSIG meeting held in Lisbon

The preliminary data of the IonNerve project were discussed by our Principal Investigator, Dr. Paola Alberti, in an invited lecture held during the prestigious congress International Congress on Neuropathic Pain 2023, held in Lisbon from 7th to 9th September 2023.

The IonNerve project is being presented at Winter School on grant writing at University of Milano-Bicocca this October

On 20th October 2023 Dr. Paola Alberti is presenting our project as a virtuous example of a funded project led by a young Principal Investigator, during the Starting a Grant proposal School. This is an interdisciplinary winter school organised by some University of Milano-Bicocca PIs, offering the opportunity to Ph.D. students and early-stage researchers to explore how to write a proposal that stands out among the others.
